BAY TREE - (Laurus nobilis) Annual, sun. A slow growing herb with leathery aromatic leaves. Whole leaves are used in meat dishes, stews and soups. Leaves are also used in potpourri and wreaths. Good container plant.
LAVENDER ‘Platinum Blonde’ – (Lavendula angustifolia ‘Platinum Blonde’) Tender Perennial, sun. Fragrant, upright plant. Cream and green leaves. Blue flowers, 16".

WHICH “ ” HERBS GO BEST WITH…
Tie a small bunch of freshly cut herbs together at one end with a rubber band. Dip the herb bunch in melted butter and gently rub meats or fish on the grill or in the oven. Suggested herbs: Parsley, rosemary, sage and thyme.
